Car Giant is the world’s biggest used car dealer according to the Guinness Book of Records. They are arguably the best known used car dealer in the UK selling over 1,000 cars a week. A test to prove the effectiveness of Radio and Bus Back advertising planned and bought by Goodman proved that during the period of activity sales increased by over 4.6% equating to over 1,000 additional cars sold, footfall and web site visits were also shown to have increased proportionately.
The Moresand Group have been using Goodman for creative services, media planning and buying for over 5 years. The success of this is evident as volumes have grown from one local press advert twice a week to daily bookings in London-wide media. The group has grown to be arguably the biggest independent travel business in the region. Goodman have been instrumental in the development of two further brand launches, Travel Expert and SAM Travel. Owl Claims launched into the extremely competitive PPI market in June 2012. Goodman were tasked to make the TV commercial, plan and buy the media and evaluate the campaign on an ongoing basis. Initial targets were agreed in order to justify the campaign launch budget. These were exceeded and the campaign is still running today. ‘Cost per call’ and ‘Cost per pack out’ metrics comfortably out perform the industry averages.
