Owl Claims launched into the extremely competitive PPI market in June 2012. Goodman were tasked to make the TB commercial, plan and buy the media and evaluate the campaign on an ongoing basis. Initial targets were agreed in order to justify the campaign launch budget. These were exceeded and the campaign is still running today.
